Field Supervisor
Classification: Seasonal
Description:
- Is responsible for supervising 10 - 20 adjusters
- Monitors and reports the progress of each assigned adjuster
- Supervises scoping damaged properties, writing estimates and over all operational efficiency of the adjusters
- Assesses and responds to client complaints
- Examines claim files before submitting to the home office
Requirements: To be considered for employment, candidates must be licensed to adjust property claims with at least 5 years of adjusting experience and proficient in the use of Xactimate estimating software.

Quality Assurance (File Examiners)
Classification: Seasonal
Description: The Quality Assurance position is responsible for checking each policy for coverage and coinsurance, along with examining each claim file for accuracy before finalizing the claim and submitting to the insurance provider.
Requirements: To be considered for employment, candidate must be a licensed property adjuster in Florida and Texas, and have at least 5 years of adjusting experience. Qualified applicants will also be proficient in the use of Xactimate estimating software.

Insurance Adjuster
Classification: Seasonal, Contract
Description:
- Investigates claims against insurance or other companies for personal, casualty, or property loss.
- Examines claim form and other policy documents to determine insurance coverage.
- Interviews, telephones, and corresponds with claimant and documents all correspondence.
- Investigates loss using varying methods including taking photographs, and scaling roofs.
Requirements: To be considered for employment, candidates must be licensed to adjust property claims with at least 2 years of adjusting experience or equivalent training. Candidates must be Xactimate Level II certified.
