You think you have what it takes to be a Claims Adjuster? Our Adjuster Hands-On Training will make sure that you are prepared for what you will encounter in the field.

This six-day workshop is taught by seasoned Trainers and is designed to teach you all you need to know to hit the ground running as a new property claims adjuster. You will spend extensive time learning home construction, homeowner policies, Xactimate 24, home inspection, settling the claim, and preparing the file for final review. You will spend time onsite putting what you have learned into practice as our practical approach to training involves active participation as you scope an actual loss and write the cost repair estimate.

We know that some students learn by seeing, some by listening, and some learn by activity participation. We accomplish all three by incorporating: practical exercises with the in-class lecture for those who learn better by listening, visual activities using overhead visual aids for the visual learners, and to make our training as real as possible, we not only use in-house mockups but will take students out into the field to inspect actual homes in order to put their classroom knowledge into practice and to accommodate the hands-on learning style. Students will spend time scoping an actual house and learning how to apply what they've learned through hands-on, field training. Our goal is to get each student to complete at least 10 claims in class. We feel it is our responsibility to prepare you as best we can. We make every effort to keep a low student to trainer ratio (normally 10:1) in order to permit you the opportunity to interact with the Instructors.

Doors will open at 7:30am for coffee and setup. Class will begin at 8AM and run until 5pm with a one hour break for lunch.
