It is the philosophy of EIG Claims that customer service can always be improved upon and that every individual within our organization is responsible for providing that outstanding customer service to each and every client. Whether that client is an adjuster, an insurance provider, or a homeowner, we believe in seamlessly managing issues before problems arise and fully preparing our staff to meet the needs of insureds and our carrier clients.

Our People

Providing outstanding service during a catastrophic storm event can be challenging, therefore we have implemented a continuous training program to minimize the occurrence of service-related issues. As a claims handling agency, EIG Claims invests in a broad scope of training opportunities for our entire staff.

Adjusters, file examiners, call center representatives, and administrative staff all receive their respective and appropriate certifications from our in-house training division and we welcome and encourage our clients to provide us with training material and trainers at their discretion. Executive leadership also actively participates in all client train-the-trainer opportunities offered to our staff.
