As a claims handling agency, EIG Claims invests in a broad scope of training opportunities for our entire staff.
Adjusters, file examiners, call center representatives, and administrative staff all receive their respective and appropriate certifications from our in-house training division and we welcome and encourage our clients to provide us with training material and trainers at their discretion. Executive leadership also actively participates in all client train-the-trainer opportunities offered to our staff.
